Bigfoot’s Tea Party present Butane (2011)
Bigfoot’s have never used a Sasquatch to represent them, its a bit of a departure, but they liked my work from the Stay Fresh guide and asked me to design a t-shirt or tote bag for them. I will hopefully be working on that later in the year, but for now they wanted a poster and flyer design for a day-to-night event they are curating. They asked for something ”pop art and Terry Richardson” looking.
I’d never heard of Terry Richardson before, so I had to google him. When I did, I saw a ton of those pictures of Lil Wayne, so I stuck on 6 Foot 7 Foot and drew some shit.
The original image I drew was the Amphibian sasquatch tatoo’d like Lil Wayne, due to the amount of text and logos they wanted on the poster I had to tone that down. This version is without the majority of the text and the second version of the tattoos.
Pile of Dogs (2010)
I drew this for the launch of a compilation put together by Cry Parrot. I had just watched a documentary about dog breeds, they have all these horrible medical conditions like their brains being to big for their skulls. Its horrible.
